This red oak floating frame is available in 2 depth size:
- Frame depth of 1 1/2″ to fit Standard Depth (3/4″) canvases and panels
- Frame depth of 2 1/4″ to fit Gallery Depth (1.5″) canvases and panels
Both can also accommodate an uncradled panel, by adding a support inside the frame. Please get in touch for a customs quote for this option.

Sizing: Our frames are listed by the canvas/panel size they fit. For example, if you have a 12″ x 12″ canvas, select the 12″ x 12″ option. We will add 1 1/2″ to both height and width to account for the 1/2″ face width and the space between the canvas and the inner sides of the frame.
Lead time: All frames are made to order by hand. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for completion.
Local pickup: Local orders can be picked up at our workshop in Summerside PEI.
Shipping: There is a flat rate shipping fee of $25 for shipments within Canada for frames under 30″ x 30″ and 25 lbs. If your order exceeds these criteria, additional shipping costs may apply (in which case we will contact you).
Frames of 36″ x 36″ and up are considered oversized shipments and shipping costs can range from $50 – $200, depending on final order size. We will contact you to discuss if you’ve ordered an oversized shipment. We will gladly refund your order if you determine that the shipping cost is prohibitive.
The frames are made from solid hardwood and due to the nature of wood, the color and grain pattern can vary dramatically from frame to frame. We try our hardest to ensure consistent grain and color across each frame.
