Shipping
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, shipping costs will be invoiced separately AFTER purchase and the order will be fulfilled upon payment. Because of the different rates on location and size, shipping rates can vary widely. You are welcome to request a shipping estimate prior to purchase by contacting us. Shipping rates can range between $25 to $160, depending on size.
We make our best efforts to properly pack the pieces, however sometimes damage can happen in transit – if something shows up damaged please message us right away and we will make sure to send you a replacement. We pack all our frames/panels in plastic for shipping. We used recycled boxes
Each frame order is usually shipped within 10-14 business days via standard shipping and can be shipped anywhere within Canada and the continental United States. Customers in the US are responsible for paying customs and duty charges as well as applicable taxes on all orders upon delivery. We cannot provide estimates on how much this will be.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final and no return or refunds can be offered.
However, if a frame arrives damaged or is not the same size or profile as specified on your order, we will send out a replacement frame at no additional cost.
If the frame that you receive matches your order but your canvas doesn’t fit or is too deep due to being measured incorrectly, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
